  工作原理 
      本设备采用PSA变压吸附原理，利用碳分子筛在压力变化时具有分离空气中氮的能力，以空气为原料，将压缩空气经除油、干燥、过滤等净化处理后，送入双塔组成的吸附组件，压缩空气在塔内经过压吸附后产生氮气，而另一塔在解吸再生，两塔交替循环，即可不断地得到纯度为98-99.9%的廉价氮气。
